Refunds and returns
Bradley’s Tea is a business webshop. We supply exclusively to companies and professional customers (B2B), such as the hospitality sector, canteens, and resellers. The webshop operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply to orders placed via this webshop. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are acting in the course of a profession or business and agree to this returns and refunds policy, as set out in our terms and conditions.
When can you return?
Returns are possible if there is damage upon delivery or an incorrect item was delivered. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if not, we are ready to solve the problem. Please contact us with any questions or comments about your order.
Returns are only possible in the following cases:
- the product has been delivered damaged
- you have received an incorrect delivery
- the product shows a manufacturing defect
How does the return process work?
We kindly ask you to contact us within 5 working days of receipt via the contact form on the website, stating:
- order number
- clear description of the problem
- photographs of the product and the packaging (if applicable).
Please contact us via the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will be happy to assist you and will provide you with the necessary return instructions and information.
Solution & Refund
Depending on the situation, we will provide:
- a replacement product
- a credit (partial or full)
Eventuele terugbetalingen verlopen via dezelfde betaalmethode als je oorspronkelijke bestelling, tenzij we samen iets anders afspreken.
Food products
As we work with tea, these products unfortunately cannot be returned once they have been opened or partially used. This is to ensure that quality and food safety are maintained.
